The problem

Restaurant and café staff often receive free staff meals they cannot use — while workers at nearby eateries want a meal they did not get. There was no simple way to trade those unused meals across venues.

The solution

We built Pair2Share as a mobile platform where staff can list free staff meals and claim offers from workers at separate eateries. The product focuses on clear listings, matching nearby offers, and a lightweight claim flow so busy shift workers can complete a trade without a heavy checkout experience.
